Role
Job description
Your responsibilities
- Prepare and adjust quotes based on client needs and validate purchase orders prior to quotation.
- Analyse requests, read technical drawings and specifications to optimise production methods.
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors to clarify information and ensure order accuracy.
- Assist the Quality Coordinator and respond to supervisors’ questions about ongoing orders.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with procedures (ISO).

- Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
- Able to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical and highly detail-oriented.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail.
- Bilingual (French/English).
- Familiar with the sheet metal industry (an asset)
Your experience
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
