Your responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust quotes based on client needs and validate purchase orders prior to quotation.
• Analyse requests, read technical drawings and specifications to optimise production methods.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors to clarify information and ensure order accuracy.
• Assist the Quality Coordinator and respond to supervisors’ questions about ongoing orders.
• Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and compliance with procedures (ISO).

Your experience

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
