Your responsibilities

• Prepare production files and work orders.
• Manage time sheets, hardware, and contract reviews.
• Update the production board and track orders.
• Compare and adjust material prices for repeat orders.
• Create and adjust quotes according to client needs.
• Validate purchase orders and ensure their accuracy.
• Analyze requests, read blueprints and specifications to optimize production.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and support the team as needed.

Your experience

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
