Job description

Your responsibilities

• Create production files
• Create and print work orders
• Print production timesheets, hardware lists, and contract reviews
• Update the production board: enter orders at the start of production and record completion date upon delivery
• “As-Is” section: source material prices for repeat orders
• Initiate production
• Prepare client bids and validate purchase orders
• Adjust bids as needed based on client changes
• Ensure accuracy of work orders
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
• Analyze requests, read drawings and specifications
• Identify the most efficient and cost-effective production methods

Your experience

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC), equivalent education, or prior experience in a similar field
