Your responsibilities

• Analyze the production sheet to determine components to be painted and necessary finishes.
• Wash and prepare pieces before painting.
• Apply pre-painting treatment and mask pieces as needed.
• Check and adjust the quality of the finish (shade, gloss, etc.).
• Paint the pieces, place them in the oven, and manage heating times.
• Adjust settings to ensure uniformity and quality of finish.
• Inspect pieces at each stage of the process.
• Determine the arrangement of finished products on pallets.
• Pack finished pieces if necessary.
• Maintain a clean workspace, including the spray gun and paint booth.
• Manage product orders and inventory.
• Complete documents related to quality (ISO).
• Organize finished pieces for shipment.
• Be ready to support the team when needed.

We are looking for

Someone who is...

• Knowledgeable about powder coating product characteristics and safety precautions with chemical products.
• Familiar with mechanical concepts.
• Able to perceive colors and textures.
• Organized and has good close-up vision.
• Thorough and detail-oriented.

Your experience

• Professional Diploma (DEP) in finishing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
