Job description

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries by communicating with clients and transporters.
• Supervise the reception of goods and ensure everything is in order.
• Verify drawings to confirm that each production step is completed.
• Prepare delivery slips, including those for subcontracted materials, and provide copies to the buyer.
• Oversee packaging, shipping, and the placement of parts on pallets.
• Manage payments upon receipt and check the list of clients under credit surveillance.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the department and maintain workplace safety.
• Operate and coordinate the maintenance of forklifts and ensure daily inspections are performed.
• Monitor inventory and submit requisitions for necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace while complying with quality standards (ISO).
• Participate in inventory management and support the team as needed.

Your experience

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Relevant experience in shipping and receiving management.
• Knowledge of logistics procedures and safety standards.
• Experience in forklift operation and maintenance (an asset).
